[color=#d35400]How can you help benefit the server?[/color] i can stop the trolls, minges and rule breakers and enforce the rules. plus it adds to my experience and would benifit the server greatly, i know the commands and would easily know how to ban, warn, kick or punish any idividual corectly. I can also give advise to new staff or give advise to new players on the serve on what to do and not to do. [color=#d35400]What are some qualities a good staff member should have?[/color] Experience and self control. if people do not have experience it can hinder their control of a situation they are currently in. Self control comes a long way, whether its attitude or ego, you should never try to catch an attitude with anyone. And of course ego one of my most hated things with some people, if you try to flash your rank, bully lower staff members or users to listen to you just to boost your ego your probaly one of the most scummy people on the staff team, but if you remain calm and talk normal and try to explain with a normal tone of voice, it shows professionalism  to other players and will most likely make them stay do to proper notion of explanation and punishment.  [color=#d35400]What sets you apart from the other members applying to become apart of the staff team?[/color] Experience and control. I'm very experienced with being staff on multiple servers so this will add to my effeciency and my performance. i can control any situation and make the player feel calm and not want to leave because their feelings are hurt because the admin was mean or hurtful towards the player. I like to keep a calm atmosphere around the players so they can enjoy their time on the server and not have a stiff neck the whole time looking for staff or commanders. As i explained before ego can really rub players the wrong way because your showing off and annoying players with your rank just to boost your ego. attitude is another cotributer, if you angry 24/7 when you have to deal with sits or situations you are gonna make players want to leave or just not respect you any more and if you are angry when you see someone do something not that bad and punish them because your in a bad mood this can be seen as unprofessional because your taking your anger out on other people.
